Meet our Admin Team

Ms. Utter brings extensive instructional and administrative experience across Prince William County Public Schools. She has served as assistant principal at both Patriot and Forest Park High Schools and previously supported the division as supervisor of K–12 health, physical education, and driver education programs. In addition, she has served as a summer school assistant principal at Graham Park Middle School. Ms. Utter holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.

As a proud PWCS parent, Ms. Utter is committed to relationship-driven leadership that supports students, staff, and families and helps every learner thrive. I am confident that her experience, dedication, and student-centered approach will provide strong leadership and support for the Potomac Shores community during this transition.
