Athletic Registration

It's that time of year again! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2026-2027 school year!

Parents or guardians must complete the online athletic registration at least one (1) week before tryouts to allow time for eligibility review and medical clearance.

As part of registration, Page 3 (Physical Examination Form) of the PWCS Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Physical Examination Form must be uploaded, completed, and signed by a licensed healthcare provider.

Students will not be approved for participation until this form is reviewed and approved by the Athletic Trainer.

 * When registering, please click on all of the sports that your child(ren) are interested in TRYING out for. It is easier to do it up front, and then deselect later.
